Job Description
Educate! is seeking a Grant Finance Manager to join their External Relations team. This role is based in East Africa and reports to the US/Europe Managing Director. The Grant Finance Manager will be responsible for shaping and managing budgets, streamlining financial processes, ensuring compliance, and using tools like Google Sheets to analyze data.

Role involves:
  • Delivering high-quality grant reports.
  • Streamlining grant reporting systems.
  • Developing compliance systems to track grant requirements.
  • Creating tools to manage grant agreements.
  • Tracking revenue and identifying gaps.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong data skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3-8 years of relevant work experience.
