M&E/Performance Metrics Officer - Out of School Youth (OOSY) Product

Job Description

Educate! is seeking a data-driven M&E/Performance Metrics Officer for its Out of School Youth (OOSY) program in Uganda. The Officer will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable data drives every stage of the OOSY program. This role involves supporting field teams with data collection and tool training, conducting quality checks, and providing insights that shape Educate!'s impact.

Responsibilities:

• Support data collection and coordination.
• Maintain performance metrics systems.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting.
• Perform data quality checks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in M&E.
• Proficiency in Google Forms, SurveyCTO, and Excel.
• Analytical skills in SPSS, STATA, or R.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with youth livelihood programs or experience with Educate!’s Programs is an added advantage.
