Engineering Manager, Customer Studio

Job Description

Hightouch is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Customer Studio team. This role involves driving the development of Hightouch's no-code suite, which empowers users to activate data directly from their warehouse. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for product development, improving execution pace, recruiting, ensuring reliability, and fostering team member growth. Hightouch is based in San Francisco but has team members all over the world. They are backed by leading investors such as Sapphire Ventures, Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Afore Capital.Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products.
• Improve the pace of execution of the team.
• Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs and evaluating candidates.
• Up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents.
• Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation.
