Hightouch is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for its AI Decisioning product. Hightouch empowers everyone to take action on their data. Role involves:

  • Developing and refining positioning for AI Decisioning.
  • Conducting user research with marketing professionals.
  • Creating compelling sales playbooks and enablement materials.
  • Driving content and launch campaigns.
  • Representing Hightouch externally at events and webinars.
  • Creating and implementing a community-building strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience planning and executing GTM strategies for enterprise B2B SaaS products.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketers.
  • Ability to transform complex AI and machine learning concepts into clear narratives.
  • Ability to articulate the technical benefits of AI Decisioning.
  • Strong background in analyzing competitors and market trends.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Background in marketing enterprise SaaS products to large organizations.
