Hightouch is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to play a key role in shaping and elevating its brand through a variety of creative projects. The Senior Brand Designer will work closely with marketing, product design, and engineering teams to craft a distinctive and memorable brand that sets Hightouch apart in the market and drives the company’s success.   • Maintain and evolve the Hightouch brand, ensuring its relevance and impact.
  • Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand story across all platforms.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of a variety of projects, ranging from sales presentations and white papers to complex marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand.
  • 7+ years as a brand or visual designer at a studio or in-house setting. Bonus points if you’ve worked on B2B data products.
  • A strong grasp of layout, color theory, and typography, with the ability to apply these principles across a variety of assets.
  • Exhibit kindness and humility. Seeking to understand your teammates and assuming good intentions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.
  • Eager to learn and understand technical concepts to ensure design decisions are well-informed.
  • Constantly seeking opportunities to improve craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
