Hightouch is seeking a Human Resources Lead to drive organizational excellence and ensure teams operate at their highest potential. Reporting to the co-founders and co-CEOs, the HR Lead will be a strategic partner in aligning the company around its goals, vision, and culture. This role is based in either San Francisco or New York.Responsibilities include:
  • Leading all HR functions, including People Operations, HR Business Partners, and Workplace Operations.
  • Owning the onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Building and maintaining the headcount plan.
  • Partnering with managers to raise the talent bar.
  • Driving employee retention, engagement, and overall happiness.
  • Ensuring fair, competitive, and transparent compensation practices.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Co-leading internal communications.
  • Ensuring company strategy and changes to operations are communicated and documented.
Requirements include:
  • 7+ years of experience leading and scaling HR functions at a fast-growing startup.
  • Deep expertise across the HR stack.
  • Strong operator with a builder’s mindset.
  • Strong alignment between people strategy and business goals.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
  • Proven ability to scale teams and drive engagement.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Skilled at identifying and diffusing organizational politics.
  • Genuine passion for people and culture.
The role offers:
  • A salary range of $160,000–$220,000 USD per year.
  • Meaningful equity in the form of ISO options.
