Contentful is seeking a Senior Automations Product Manager to drive innovation in AI-powered automations for the Intelligence Experience Platform. This role will focus on transforming how marketing and content teams build, orchestrate, and scale their workflows and campaigns. The Senior Automations Product Manager will lead the development of intelligent automation and collaboration capabilities that streamline content operations and unlock new efficiencies at scale. They will explore advancements in collaboration technologies, enabling seamless human-system interaction.

Role involves:

• Identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases to automate and optimize workflows.
• Connecting to agentic workflows to enhance automation and decision-making capabilities.
• Driving content velocity and AI output quality.
• Leveraging existing platform capabilities to enhance automation processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a seasoned PM in previously managed B2B platforms.
• Proven experience in developing product market strategy and launching new products.
• Has API and platform mindset.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Passion for working in environments with high uncertainty.
• Motivated to become a market and technology expert.
• Comfortable being hands-on in driving change.
• Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• A holistic thinker who can translate the vision into strategy and execution.
