Job Description
Otter POS is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive in Los Angeles. This role involves managing the full sales cycle for prospective mid-market restaurant chains (15-50 locations). The Account Executive will connect with C-suite executives, promote Otter's product suite, and secure rollouts across multiple locations.Responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire sales process from discovery to closing.
- Prospecting and developing a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conducting needs analysis and delivering solution-oriented presentations.
- Managing sales activities and pipeline progression using Salesforce.
- Leading contract negotiations and handling objections.
- Ensuring smooth transitions to onboarding and customer success teams.
- Maintaining client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, managing full sales cycles.
- 2-3+ years of experience selling into the Restaurant or Hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and technology needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
