Job Description
Otter POS is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive in Los Angeles. This role involves managing the full sales cycle for prospective mid-market restaurant chains (15-50 locations). The Account Executive will connect with C-suite executives, promote Otter's product suite, and secure rollouts across multiple locations.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the entire sales process from discovery to closing.
  • Prospecting and developing a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conducting needs analysis and delivering solution-oriented presentations.
  • Managing sales activities and pipeline progression using Salesforce.
  • Leading contract negotiations and handling objections.
  • Ensuring smooth transitions to onboarding and customer success teams.
  • Maintaining client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, managing full sales cycles.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling into the Restaurant or Hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and technology needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
