Product Manager - Otter POS - Los Angeles

Job Description

CloudKitchens is seeking a Product Manager to drive the roadmap and strategic direction for its Otter POS Team. This role involves developing an in-house point of sale system, building products that are central to brick-and-mortar restaurant operations, and partnering with data teams to deliver accurate reporting and insights.Responsibilities:

• Drive the roadmap and strategic direction for the Otter POS Team.
• Develop a full understanding of the order life cycle and interactions required by front-of-house staff.
• Partner with data platform and data science teams to deliver financially accurate reporting and real-time analytics.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Restaurant technology or POS experience is a plus.
• Experience owning products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Experience working alongside engineering and design teams.
• Experience with product road mapping and go-to-market planning.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in SQL.
