Job Description
ShipMonk, a large 3PL for e-commerce brands, is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role assists supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. The ideal candidate will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
  • Helping run department operations.
  • Leading the department when supervisor and manager are away.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years in leadership role.
  • 1+ years warehousing experience.
  • Ability to stand for most of the day.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Inventory Experience.
  • Cycle Counting.
  • Detailed Oriented.
  • Inventory Management Systems.
  • Problem Solver.
