ShipMonk, the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is crucial for assisting supervisors and managers in the development and management of hourly associates. The successful candidate will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role. The Operations Lead must be technology-oriented and possess strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for helping run department operations and lead the department when the supervisor and manager are away.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a leadership role
• 1+ years of warehousing experience
• Ability to stand for most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
