Job Description

Tomofun is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support its Lifecycle Marketing team. The intern will play a crucial role in implementing communication strategies, driving customer engagement, and subscription growth in global markets. This is a 6-month internship based in Taipei, Taiwan.

What this role involves:

• Collaborating with the Lifecycle Marketing team to understand communication plans and campaign objectives.
• Implementing and executing campaigns on Braze.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Growth Product Management) to drive engagement and retention.
• Analyzing customer surveys and focus groups to understand the effectiveness of existing initiatives.
• Monitoring the performance of communication campaigns and providing insights for optimization.
• Developing an understanding of the Furbo community needs, accounting for differences in region, language, and segment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and generate data analyses.
• Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn about customer lifecycle marketing.
• Able to commit ONSITE 3 days a week for this internship for at least 6 months
• A data-driven individual with an analytical mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• Loves pets.
