Tomofun is seeking a motivated and creative Werkstudent (m/w/d) to join their Online Marketing & Social Media team with a focus on Influencer Marketing. This role is based in Munich and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing international startup in the pet tech industry. The Werkstudent will assist in planning, producing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns for the European market, with a focus on the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.

The ideal candidate will be a student with a career goal in Online Marketing/Social Media, available for 15-20 hours per week. They should be fluent in German and English, and have a strong understanding of the ever-changing social media landscape.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning, production, and optimization of online marketing campaigns
• Researching influencers and UGC content creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Supporting influencer acquisition, communication, negotiations, campaign implementation, and reporting
• Translating and copywriting from English to German
• Conducting research and market analysis

Requirements:

• Student with a career goal in Online Marketing/Social Media
• Available for 15-20 hours per week
• Native German speaker, fluent in English
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Creative with the ability to implement ideas into engaging content
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and reliable
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive in seeking help and problem-solving
• Ability to come to the Munich office 1-2 times per week
• Passion for pets!
