This role involves influencing the company's internal and external brand presence, attracting top talent, forging strong business partnerships, and cultivating an engaged workforce. • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies
• Collaborating with HR to revolutionize the recruitment process
• Creating compelling content to strengthen relationships with counterparties
• Spearheading internal branding initiatives to boost employee engagement
• Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure the impact of branding efforts
• Managing and optimizing Cobblestone Energy's online presence
• Conducting regular market analysis and competitor research

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Exceptional creative skills with a portfolio
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
