This full-time position offers the flexibility to work hybrid from the Leipzig headquarters or Berlin.

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for building strategic relationships with B2B clients and strengthening existing partnerships. He will support clients in finding the best solutions within Spread Group's portfolio, create compelling business cases, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service and product offerings. The role involves driving solutions, monitoring market trends, and assessing future market potential.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales/business development, e-commerce, or retail

  • Problem-solving ability and service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce (CRM)
