Job Description

Spread Group, an international lifestyle and fashion-tech company, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their B2B team. The role involves finding answers to the challenging questions of our time with innovative approaches and digital solutions. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work hybrid from the Leipzig headquarters or Berlin.

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Building strategic relationships with various B2B clients.
• Strengthening existing business partner relationships.
• Supporting clients in finding the best solutions within Spread Group's portfolio.
• Creating compelling business cases and tailored solution proposals.
• Collaborating with internal departments, operations, and engineering teams to improve service and product offerings.
• Driving solutions that involve a variety of stakeholders.
• Monitoring relevant market trends to assess future market potential.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Extensive experience in sales/business development, e-commerce, or retail.
• A passion for sales and relationship building with a proactive approach.
• Experience in managing large business clients and dynamic client portfolios.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong problem-solving abilities and service orientation.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with assertiveness.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce (CRM).
