Leaseweb is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing APAC team in Singapore. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from engaging prospects to increasing services for existing customers. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and eager to learn about Leaseweb solutions.Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming sales calls, chats, emails, and ticketing system inquiries.
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager or Business Development representative.
- Performing transactional sales with new and existing customers.
- Preparing quotations for customers.
- Managing the web shop content to match available servers.
- Providing customer feedback and industry information to sales management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Sales experience, ideally 1+ year.
- Interest in the IT Industry.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Japanese is a plus.
