Leaseweb is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead to manage a high volume of small accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic inside sales initiatives. The role involves leveraging sales engagement tools to maximize efficiency and enhance the inside sales team’s performance. The Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee and drive sales initiatives across the APAC region, focusing on Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong, excluding Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Manage a large number of small accounts.
  • Utilize sales engagement tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Drive inside sales activities, including prospecting, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize account retention.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams.
  • Track and document sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in inside sales or sales leadership roles.
  • 3+ years in the IT/Technology sector.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and account management.
  • Experience managing sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in sales engagement tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
