Leaseweb Canada is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Montreal team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and passionate individual with a strong sales instinct and a customer-focused mindset. This role involves generating qualified opportunities through outbound calls, chats, and emails, as well as identifying relevant prospects and maintaining an active pipeline.Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting IaaS solutions, and delivering a professional customer experience. The representative will collaborate with sales and customer service teams, contribute to process improvement, and achieve quarterly targets.
- Conduct outbound calls, respond to chats and emails to generate qualified opportunities.
- Identify relevant prospects using prospecting tools and attend local networking events when necessary.
- Maintain an active pipeline, targeting both new clients and high-potential existing accounts.
- Understand customer needs and present our IaaS solutions clearly, effectively, and convincingly.
- Deliver a professional, timely, and personalized customer experience.
- Document interactions in internal systems.
- Work closely with direct sales and customer service teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.
- Achieve quarterly targets for transactional sales and qualified opportunities.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of prospecting strategies and Leaseweb’s market positioning in Canada.
Requirements include 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in cloud computing or IaaS, excellent communication skills in French and English, and familiarity with office tools. A university degree in business, marketing, or technology is preferred.
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the cloud computing or IaaS industry.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English are essential to effectively support clients across Canada, including Quebec. (Spanish is a plus.)
- Strong commercial acumen, natural curiosity for technology, and an analytical mindset focused on problem-solving.
- Comfortable using office tools (Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- University degree in business, marketing, or technology, or equivalent experience.
