Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Staff member for its Chairman’s Office. This role involves working directly with the Chairman of the Board, supporting communication with major shareholders and external partners, and managing company-wide projects related to the Chairman's key initiatives. Krafton is dedicated to identifying and publishing games worldwide that offer a uniquely enjoyable experience.

The Staff member will independently manage or collaborate on 1-2 company-wide projects as directed by the Chairman. This may include supporting due diligence for large-scale investment and M&A projects. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, business acumen, financial knowledge, and the ability to represent the company with partners.

Role involves:

  • Managing company-wide projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 3-6 years of experience in one or more of the following: strategy consulting, M&A, or management/operation of acquired subsidiaries.
  • Business fluent English proficiency.
  • No restrictions on international travel.
