Job Description

Krafton is seeking an Esports Brand Marketing Manager to join their PUBG Esports Dept. in Seoul. This role involves collaborating with PUBG Studio departments to plan, create, and execute advertising/promotion campaigns for global esports tournaments like PGS, PNC, and PGC. The Esports Brand Marketing Team also manages global marketing by overseeing and supporting regional headquarters, aiming to strengthen the PUBG IP's branding and increase viewership of Battlegrounds esports tournaments.

Role involves:

  • Analyzing the marketing industry to contribute to the growth of PUBG esports.
  • Building strategic goals and key indicators based on in-game user distribution and esports viewing data.
  • Collaborating with the team lead to develop integrated campaign directions and ideas.
  • Creating systematic and efficient marketing plans.
  • Researching the global influencer marketing industry to develop new business models.
  • Analyzing marketing team performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • High understanding of Battlegrounds (including esports).
  • Experience leading successful integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution and analysis.
  • Systematic work ethic and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in creating documents (PPT, Excel, Word) and delivering presentations.
  • English proficiency for communication as a global marketer.
  • Ability to travel abroad without restrictions.
