Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking an Esports Event Production & Project Manager to join their PUBG Esports Dept. in Seoul. This individual will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalizing global esports tournaments for the PUBG IP.

The Esports Event Production Team collaborates with various departments within PUBG Studios to manage the entire lifecycle of global esports events. This includes leading collaboration and communication between external partners and internal teams.

Role involves:

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and finalization of global Battlegrounds esports tournaments.
• Planning the Battlegrounds esports global calendar.
• Managing the production schedule for Battlegrounds esports global tournaments.
• Managing the budget and partnerships for Battlegrounds esports global tournaments.
• Securing and operating the infrastructure required for executing global tournaments, and overseeing the execution and budget expenditure of tournaments.
• Analyzing data and managing performance after global tournaments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Experience leading or participating in projects with clear goals within short timelines.
• Experience executing short-term events, sports events, or Fan Fests with numerous attendees and staff, either domestically or internationally.
• Experience coordinating communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business English for conversations and email communication.
• Ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
