Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking an Esports League Operations Manager to join their PUBG Esports Dept. in Seoul. This role involves planning and executing esports tournaments, supporting professional esports teams, and contributing to the success of PUBG esports.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting PUBG Players Tour (PPT) and amateur tournaments.
• Assisting with tournament operations and monitoring.
• Analyzing match results and community sentiment.
• Communicating with relevant departments, participants, and viewers.
• Supporting the operation of PWS and other Korean regional tournaments.
• Managing tournament schedules, operation manuals, and regulations.
• Supporting communication and management of Korean PUBG professional teams.
• Managing and analyzing match result data.
• Managing tournament operation platforms and internal systems.
• Supporting broadcast schedules and on-site operations.
• Supporting streamers and content creation.
• Managing tournament policies and regulations.
• Providing administrative support for tournaments.

Requirements:

• Passionate gamer and esports fan with a deep understanding of the gaming and esports industry.
• Experienced PUBG player with a high understanding of the game and gamers.
• Experience watching PUBG esports and other esports, with a high understanding of the esports industry and viewing environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with team members and stakeholders.
• High proficiency in basic document creation and office tools (PPT, Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in PUBG or esports tournament-related work.
• Experience managing communities using platforms such as Discord.
• Business English proficiency for global collaboration and discussions.
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
