Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Community Manager for Project ARC, a top-view tactical PvP shooting game within the PUBG studio. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the game's community across various platforms.

The role involves:

• Operating and managing official community channels (Discord, Steam Hub, X(Twitter), Reddit, etc.)
• Creating new channels and managing existing ones based on community needs
• Engaging with users, answering questions, and publishing announcements
• Executing community actions (events, content creation, etc.) and deriving improvement plans
• Gathering user trends within the community

Krafton requires candidates to have:

• Experience in proactively operating and managing community channels for game users
• High understanding of gamer community ecosystems such as Discord, Steam Hub, X(Twitter), and Reddit
• English proficiency (verbal and written) for smooth communication with global users and collaborating departments
• User-friendly mindset and excellent communication skills
