Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Community Manager to join their team in Seoul. This role involves managing global game community channels, creating content, and analyzing user trends. The Community Manager will work with various departments to ensure effective communication and address live issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating global game community channels and managing content
  • Analyzing community insights and user trends to develop and execute strategies
  • Planning and producing content for global users
  • Planning, operating, and responding to community events and announcements
  • Supporting influencer testing and communication
  • Managing websites and Discord channels/moderators
  • Coordinating communication directions and responding to live issues through collaboration with relevant departments

Requirements:

  • Experience in global game community management and user communication, or insights derivation (or a high understanding of games and global community culture as a gamer)
  • Ability to understand community characteristics and communicate effectively with users through announcements, content, events, etc.
  • Ability to recognize problems from the user's perspective and respond quickly to issues with empathy-based communication
  • Ability to coordinate communication direction through collaboration with various departments
  • No restrictions on overseas travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience actively participating in or operating global community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and X
  • Experience in planning and producing social content
  • Experience working in a global environment and understanding of various cultures
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Core gamer
