Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a Lead of Convention Planning to join their Global Publishing team. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing global game shows and BTL marketing strategies to maximize KRAFTON's brand and IP value in the global market. The Lead will drive innovative strategies to enhance BTL performance and create synergy with online marketing and community virality.
The role involves:
- Developing and executing global game show (BTL) strategies to maximize KRAFTON's brand and IP value.
- Leading innovative strategies to maximize BTL performance and create synergy with online marketing and community virality.
- Building and executing an online and offline community expansion strategy (O2O linked plan) centered on BTL.
- Driving strategic communication to persuade and share the vision with the development and business teams.
- Designing and implementing systems for smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Planning and overseeing the operation of major domestic and international game shows and BTL events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 10 years in BTL.
- Proven experience in leading global game shows and convention projects.
- Experience in planning and executing integrated online and offline marketing (O2O) campaigns.
- Experience in managing personnel, budgets, and vendors for large-scale BTL projects.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize performance for BTL success.
- Strategic thinking to align game publishing strategies with BTL activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to persuade development and business teams.
- Problem-solving skills to quickly respond to various variables in the preparation and execution process.
