Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Business PM for the inZOI project. The Business PM will be responsible for project schedule management, interdepartmental communication, and establishing and executing game business strategies and plans. The ideal candidate will address game service issues, manage indicators and performance, define game improvements, derive action items, and conduct market research and data analysis to extract and share insights.

Responsibilities:

• Project schedule management and communication with relevant departments
• Establishment and execution of game business strategies/plans
• Responding to game service issues and managing indicators/performance
• Defining game improvements and deriving action items
• Deriving and sharing insights through market research and data analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of project management and execution experience
• Experience in establishing and executing business/service strategies
• Deep understanding of the overall global game product, including business, operations, development, and marketing
• Strategic thinking skills and smooth communication skills
