Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Lead of Global Publishing Strategic Initiatives to join their team in Seoul. This individual will play a crucial role in driving key projects within the Global Publishing Group, reporting to the Chief Global Publishing Officer (CGPO). The Lead will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from strategy development to execution.

Krafton is dedicated to identifying and publishing games worldwide that offer a uniquely enjoyable experience. They continuously push the boundaries of gaming enjoyment by embracing new challenges and technologies, expanding their platforms and services to captivate an even larger fan base.

Role involves:

  • Leading strategic projects for CGPO.
  • Developing and executing new business strategies.
  • Creating go-to-market and global pricing strategies.
  • Supporting CGPO with PM, research, and report creation.
  • Developing internal and external presentations for CGPO.

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or global company strategy.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Passion for gaming.
  • Teamwork and leadership experience.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
