Job Description
Krafton is seeking a Lead of Publishing Management to join their team in Seoul. This role is within the CGPO (Chief Global Publishing Officer) organization and supports the achievement of global publishing business strategies and execution plans. The Lead will collaborate with various internal and external organizations to define management areas and plan/operate effective operational processes. They will support CGPO's strategic decision-making and contribute to the efficient operation of the global publishing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Leading business management tasks in line with the publishing group's mid- to long-term goals (business plan establishment, KPI design, and strategic task execution).
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing the performance of the global publishing business and establishing a reporting system to support management's strategic decision-making.
- Leading the establishment and operation of an integrated management system for global publishing resources (personnel, budget, etc.) and improving organizational efficiency through internal consistency and continuous advancement.
- Leading communication with company-wide organizations and building a consistent message delivery and organic collaboration system as a single POC representing Global Publishing.
Requirements:
- Experience in business management/management planning at a large or global company.
- Proficiency in high-level indicator analysis, business planning, and reporting (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work strategically with a focus on objectives and goals.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and internal/external partners.
- Experience leading agile and professional organizations.
