[Publishing Platform Div.] Game Service PM (5년 이상)

Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Game Service PM to join their Publishing Platform Division in Seoul. Krafton is dedicated to publishing games worldwide and is known for its globally recognized production studios. The Game Service PM will be responsible for designing features that maximize user immersion and enjoyment in games, collaborating with relevant departments and external partners to create actual services, and continuously striving to provide optimized functions for games released by Krafton.

The role involves conceiving and strategizing game service functions such as matchmaking, leaderboards, achievements, and chat. The Game Service PM will also set product roadmaps reflecting short-term and long-term goals, define goals and schedules for each stage, and share them with collaborative teams. Furthermore, they will monitor the performance of the product after release, reflect feedback for continuous improvement, efficiently operate product operation tools, and provide appropriate guidance and services to increase the productivity of the operation team.

Responsibilities:

• Conceive and strategize game service functions (matchmaking, leaderboards, etc.)
• Set product roadmaps and define goals/schedules
• Monitor product performance and incorporate feedback
• Operate product operation tools and provide guidance to the operations team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in planning/operating service-type functions in games or game platforms
• Experience in launching and operating a product from conception to release
• Experience in communicating and leading projects with various job functions
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• No restrictions on overseas travel
