Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking a Product Manager to join their Publishing Platform Division and work on the KRAFTON Creator Network (KCN). KCN is KRAFTON's official platform connecting games and creators, offering tools for campaign participation, revenue settlement, and statistics tracking. The Product Manager will collaborate with a US-based PM to plan and improve the KCN product.

Role Involves:

  • Managing backlogs and sprints for KCN feature and UX improvements.
  • Supporting UI/UX planning through wireframes and storyboards.
  • Collaborating with departments like development, design, CS, and marketing.
  • Monitoring and structuring domestic situations in a remote collaboration environment.
  • Organizing tasks and tracking issues using tools like Jira, Slack, and Figma.
  • Deriving insights from creator feedback and operational data.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of practical experience in PM, operational planning, or service operation in IT, content, or platform service.
  • Experience in writing function definitions, storyboards, or flows (using Figma).
  • Excellent documentation, requirement organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication (Slack / Online Meeting based).
  • Experience using collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.).
  • No restrictions on overseas travel.
