Krafton is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of its Release Management Product. This internal system is designed to ensure the stable release of Krafton's games across various platforms such as Steam, Epic, Xbox, and PlayStation. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining the product's structure, planning its features, and leading its overall development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, gaming, or platform services, with a proven track record of product management or similar roles. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to structure complex workflows into products, and proficiency in creating planning documents and wireframes.

Role involves:

  • Planning and designing the Release Management Product to support game releases across various platforms.
  • Analyzing release processes of development organizations and publishing departments to derive common product requirements.
  • Leading feature design, development, and improvement through collaboration with designers, developers, and QA.
  • Establishing product roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and managing backlogs and sprints.
  • Collecting feedback from relevant departments (operations, QA, platform, etc.) and improving the product.
  • Creating and maintaining planning deliverables such as system documents, wireframes, and screen flows.

Requirements:

  • 3~7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in IT, gaming, or platform service fields.
  • Experience in planning and improving internal systems or B2B service products.
  • Problem-solving skills to structure complex workflows into products.
  • Ability to create planning deliverables such as planning documents, feature definitions, and wireframes.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Experience in writing feature definitions/storyboards/flows.
  • Excellent documentation, requirement organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication (Slack / Online Meeting based).
  • No restrictions on overseas travel.
