Job Description
Krafton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Applied Research Scientist/Engineer to join their Deep Learning Division as part of the LLM Game Agent team. This role focuses on developing Game Agents that can interact with users and strategize within Krafton's games, utilizing LLMs and sLMs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating immersive player experiences through AI and will be involved in the entire process from model design to operation.
The Deep Learning Division at Krafton collaborates across various internal and external sectors to deliver AI solutions for diverse challenges and develop unique services through in-house deep learning technology. Their focus is on enhancing game production efficiency and universality through deep learning technologies and applying unique deep learning technologies to various applications within and outside of games.
Role Involves:
- Identifying and applying cutting-edge research trends in LLM, sLM, RL, and Human-AI Interaction to create innovative gameplay experiences.
- Researching and developing optimization methods for LLM and sLM models, considering real-time interactions and large-scale concurrent users in the game environment.
- Collaborating with game engineers and designers to apply research outcomes to actual game projects and improve player experience.
- Establishing feedback loops through user data and game log analysis to continuously improve model performance and player experience.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in LLM, sLM, or RL projects.
- Experience using Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
