Job Description
Krafton is seeking a Jr. Privacy Manager to join their Privacy Team in Seoul. The Privacy Team develops and operates a Privacy Program based on global laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure the safe handling of personal information of data subjects such as players and employees. The team collaborates with domestic and international studios with various service areas and personal information processing purposes, providing necessary support.
The Jr. Privacy Manager will be responsible for analyzing the latest domestic and international laws and guidelines, evaluating personal information processing trustees, reviewing contracts, conducting security checks, and periodically inspecting the application and operation status of technical, administrative, and physical protection measures for personal information protection. They will also be involved in raising awareness of information protection within the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing the latest domestic and international laws and guidelines

- Periodically inspecting the application and operation status of technical, administrative, and physical protection measures for personal information protection
- Performing activities to raise awareness of information protection within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, information protection, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in personal information protection/information protection
- Understanding of IT fields in general (information security, personal information, networks, systems, etc.)
- Ability to understand compliance related to information protection and personal information protection
- Clear communication, smooth relationship building, and flexible problem-solving skills
- No restrictions on overseas travel
