Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking an Investment Team Member to join its Corp Dev Division. KRAFTON is dedicated to identifying and publishing games worldwide that offer a uniquely enjoyable experience. The Investment Team is responsible for identifying and reviewing global/domestic game and related industry investment opportunities, as well as performing due diligence, negotiation, and contracting necessary for investment execution.This role involves:

• Reviewing and executing M&A and strategic investments in the game and related fields.
• Establishing investment strategies in connection with company-wide strategies.
• Reviewing and analyzing new investment areas.
• Expanding networks and building organic partnerships through exchanges with global game companies and tech companies.

Requirements for this role include:

• Interest in and understanding of the game industry.
• Planning, analytical, logical thinking, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in business English communication and ability to travel overseas as needed for investment reviews.
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
