KRAFTON, a global publisher known for its distinctive and enjoyable games, is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist. This role is within the CR division, focusing on expanding KRAFTON's social impact and addressing social issues.

The CSR Specialist will be responsible for executing and reporting on CSR projects, managing relationships to enhance KRAFTON's brand value, and supporting the development of new CSR initiatives. They will also handle communication with external stakeholders and analyze CSR trends in the gaming and IT industries.

Role Involves:

• Executing, operating, and reporting on CSR projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in CSR, external cooperation, talent development, or business planning.
• Experience participating in the development and planning of new CSR projects.
• Experience independently executing and managing CSR programs.
• Understanding of CSR principles and trends.
• Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
• Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills.
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.
