Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Financial Strategy Team Member to join its team in Seoul. The Financial Strategy Team supports key management decisions through independent opinions, working with related organizations within Krafton on major projects related to corporate management, such as M&A and enhancing corporate and shareholder value.

Role involves:

  • Handling practical tasks related to major corporate management projects (e.g., M&A, capital market transactions).
  • Co-working with investment execution organizations for M&A, including target evaluation, value calculation, and deriving financial/accounting implications and solutions.
  • Coordinating with various related departments such as accounting, disclosure, IR, and legal for project execution.
  • Coordinating and reviewing with financial, accounting, and legal advisors.
  • Reviewing corporate finance-related matters from the perspective of enhancing corporate value and maximizing shareholder value.
  • Reviewing strategic agendas related to corporate finance, including establishing and implementing shareholder return policies.
  • Reviewing mid- to long-term business plans and growth strategies.
  • Reviewing corporate governance improvements, spin-offs, mergers, and restructuring of subsidiaries.
  • Performing financial strategy-related projects in connection with business strategy on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Must meet at least one of the following three requirements:
  • 5-12 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance-related consulting at an Investment Bank.
  • 5-12 years of experience in financial strategy at a listed company, financial management at a holding company, or corporate financial advisory (CF, DD, Valuation, etc.) with a CPA or CFA license.
  • 5-12 years of experience in investment execution and PMI at Private Equity, Venture Capital, etc.
  • Must not have any restrictions on overseas travel.
