Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to join their AI Transformation Team. This team is dedicated to strengthening KRAFTON's AI capabilities across the company, enabling employees to effectively utilize AI technology to enhance productivity and efficiency. The AI Adoption Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the company's transition into an AI-Native Company.

Role involves:

• Analyzing AI technology utilization and needs of employees to establish and execute AI solution adoption strategies.
• Investigating market and technology trends to proactively discover and source customized AI solutions for various job roles and groups.
• Collaborating with relevant departments and stakeholders to design, build, and support AI solution adoption processes.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of AI solution implementations to promote utilization and establish continuous improvement strategies.
• Analyzing global AI Best Practices to assess applicability within the organization and providing insights for dissemination and execution.
• Planning and operating education and communication programs for AI technology adoption and change management.

Requirements:

• Experience in AI solution implementation and operation-related project management (PMO) or enterprise-level business process improvement projects.
• Experience in AI and data-based process innovation, information strategy planning (ISP), and data analysis consulting.
• Experience in closely collaborating with diverse stakeholders on a company-wide scale to clearly derive requirements and establish and promote specific implementation plans.
• Experience in proactively planning and executing complex tasks and achieving tangible results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to travel abroad without any restrictions.
