Krafton is seeking a Global Subsidiary Management Team Member to join their Global Operations Department. This role involves supporting the efficient operation and risk prevention of domestic and international subsidiaries to achieve Krafton's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will help build a business operation system optimized for the global environment and foster close cooperation with subsidiaries to create a foundation for Krafton's continued growth.

Krafton is looking for someone with a passion for growth and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the operational status of domestic and international subsidiaries, reporting key issues to management, resolving issues related to subsidiary operations, and providing overall operational support.

The role is based in Seoul, at the Yeoksam Centerfield East Tower.

Role involves:

• Monitoring the operational status of domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Reporting key issues to management.
• Resolving issues related to subsidiary operations and providing overall operational support.
• Deriving and implementing operational efficiency and improvement plans.
• Establishing a management system.
• Performing projects through collaboration with relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Systematic and proactive work performance and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Experience in performing projects requiring collaboration with relevant departments.
• Business English communication skills (Written & Verbal).
• Experience in preparing reports for management.
• Proficiency in using document creation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
