Krafton is seeking a Global Compensation Senior Specialist to join their Compensation team. This individual will collaborate with global HR and overseas studios to understand compensation operations in various countries, implement improvements, and develop operational strategies. The role involves establishing and managing global Total Rewards guidelines, operating global compensation cycles using Workday, and designing competitive compensation structures based on market benchmarks.

Role Involves:
- Collaborating with global HR and overseas studios to understand compensation operations.
- Implementing improvements and developing operational strategies.
- Establishing and managing global Total Rewards guidelines.
- Operating global compensation cycles using Workday.
- Designing competitive compensation structures based on market benchmarks.
- Planning, writing, and delivering compensation-related communication materials tailored to each region.
- Planning compensation systems and establishing policies.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a corporate HR organization, with 3+ years in compensation planning/operation.
- Experience in leading company-wide compensation cycles (base salary, STI, LTI, etc.).
- Fluent in English communication and experience collaborating with HR from diverse cultures.
- High level of initiative, responsibility, and familiarity with working autonomously with a global perspective.
- Proficient in communication, reporting, data analysis, and document creation.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
