Role involves:
- Establishing and improving evaluation systems.
- Establishing and operating performance management processes (OKR-based).
- Conducting preliminary verification and post-management of officers.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading the entire cycle from planning to operating performance management-related systems.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire for growth.
- Excellent communication, reporting, data analysis, and documentation skills.
- Flexible communication, respect, and collaboration mindset.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
- Experience collaborating with subsidiaries while working at a holding company (or HQ).
- Experience in the game industry or content/entertainment industry.
- Experience operating OKRs (or working in an OKR-based manner).
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Ability to use Workday for 업무.
