Krafton is seeking a Recruiting Planning/Operation specialist to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This role focuses on the planning and execution of company-wide recruiting programs, developing and implementing strategies to achieve recruitment goals for key organizations, and managing annual recruitment for major departments.

The Talent Acquisition Team at Krafton is responsible for the recruitment operations and planning at Krafton headquarters. They manage and operate the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, to ensure the timely recruitment and placement of excellent resources within the organization.

Role involves:

  • Planning and executing major company-wide recruitment programs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve recruitment goals for key organizations.
  • Managing annual recruitment for major organizations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in planning/executing company-wide recruitment or HR-related initiatives (required).
  • Experience in recruitment at companies with at least 1000 employees or experience in large-scale recruitment of hundreds of people annually.
