Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a Head of Global PR & CR to develop and execute the company's global communications strategy. This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with media, customers, partners, shareholders, and other key stakeholders. The Head of Global PR & CR will also oversee the integrated management of Corporate Identity and President Identity to enhance KRAFTON’s global brand awareness and reputation.
The Corporate Brand Division at KRAFTON plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the company’s global brand presence. They are responsible for building and managing the corporate narrative, driving consistent messaging across markets, and safeguarding the company’s reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling brand narratives.
- Design and implement integrated communications plans.
- Drive earned media results.
- Lead proactive and responsive crisis communications.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to manage regulatory risks and opportunities.
- Build internal communications programs.
- Develop strategies to engage with policymakers, regulators, and industry associations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (13+ years) in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global media ecosystems.
- Proven success in managing high-stakes communication strategies.
- Fluent in both English and Korean.
- Ability to communicate seamlessly across cultures in a global business environment.
