KRAFTON is seeking a Strategy Team Member to join the PUBG IP Strategy team. This team focuses on establishing strategic directions for the growth of the PUBG IP and collaborating with various departments to execute these strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing KRAFTON's mid- to long-term stock value by nurturing PUBG IP-based games and content into a franchise.Role involves:

• Establishing PUBG IP vision and mid- to long-term strategic direction.
• Collaborating with relevant departments to promote strategic initiatives.
• Analyzing trends in the game and related industries and deriving implications.
• Supporting the Franchise Head and responding to agendas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning or business planning.
• Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Proactive and team player with emphasis on mutual cooperation.
• Business English proficiency.
