Job Description
Krafton is seeking an Insights Manager to join their Publishing Division 2 team in Seoul. This role involves supporting the establishment of business strategies for projects managed by Publishing 2 through data analysis, insight derivation, and KPI management. The Insights Manager will work with a team dedicated to publishing games worldwide.
Role Involves:
- Supporting various business strategies based on market/game/target user data analysis.
- Collecting and analyzing data using market research, surveys, and FGI to derive implications.
- Managing and reporting on key KPIs for assigned products.
- Preparing materials for communication and decision-making for executives and related departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy and business-related roles within domestic/international strategic consulting firms, large corporations, or global companies in related industries.
- Problem-solving skills based on data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and effectively deliver verbal & written messages to various stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Passion for gaming.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
