Job Description

Krafton is seeking an Insights Manager to join their Publishing Division 2 team in Seoul. This role involves supporting the establishment of business strategies for projects managed by Publishing 2 through data analysis, insight derivation, and KPI management. The Insights Manager will work with a team dedicated to publishing games worldwide.

Role Involves:

  • Supporting various business strategies based on market/game/target user data analysis.
  • Collecting and analyzing data using market research, surveys, and FGI to derive implications.
  • Managing and reporting on key KPIs for assigned products.
  • Preparing materials for communication and decision-making for executives and related departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy and business-related roles within domestic/international strategic consulting firms, large corporations, or global companies in related industries.
  • Problem-solving skills based on data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust and effectively deliver verbal & written messages to various stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Passion for gaming.
  • No restrictions on overseas travel.
