Job Description

Krafton is seeking a Strategy Manager to join their Strategic Planning Department in Seoul. This role will focus on AI Ethics and support the company's responsible use of AI technology.

The Strategy Manager will collaborate with the AI Ethics Committee to develop and implement policies related to the ethical use of AI. They will also work with internal departments to ensure these policies are followed.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting responsible AI technology use across Krafton.
• Identifying AI-related risks and developing prevention strategies.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on AI ethics initiatives.
• Monitoring IT/AI technology and global regulations.
• Strengthening AI governance through internal and external collaboration.
• Promoting academic cooperation in AI ethics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic planning, business planning, or PM roles.
• Understanding of and interest in the gaming industry, AI ethics, AI Safety, and Responsible AI.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Maturity to communicate effectively with management.
• Strategic thinking and proactive project planning/execution skills.
• Experience in policy development related to ethical AI and IT/Tech operations.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
