Job Description

Krafton is seeking an IT Service & Solutions Manager to join their Technology Transformation Office. This role involves collaborating with IT and development teams to improve SaaS and IT service utilization, identify and implement IT/Tech improvements, and optimize IT operations using data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze global IT best practices and apply them to the organization.

Role Involves:

  • Collaborating with IT and development teams to improve SaaS and IT service utilization and support operations.
  • Identifying and implementing IT/Tech-related improvements across the organization.
  • Developing and executing strategies to improve IT operations and manage change.
  • Supporting data-driven IT operation optimization and decision-making.
  • Analyzing global IT best practices and developing suitable application plans for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise IT solution implementation/operation and process improvement.
  • Experience collaborating closely with IT organizations and development teams to elicit requirements and support technical decision-making.
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical knowledge.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and impact analysis.
  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • Experience planning and executing tasks independently, regardless of scale.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate requirements and derive execution plans with various stakeholders.
  • Must not have any restrictions on overseas travel.
