Krafton is seeking an IT Strategy Manager to join their Technology Transformation Office. This role is based in Seoul and focuses on strengthening Krafton's IT capabilities to support global expansion. The IT Strategy Manager will collaborate with various IT departments to enhance organizational productivity and efficiency, driving company-wide advancements in IT beyond game development.

Role involves:

• Analyzing and optimizing IT organizations and engineering processes.
• Developing and executing strategies for IT/Tech improvements.
• Improving IT operations and change management strategies.
• Supporting data-driven IT operations optimization and decision-making.
• Analyzing global IT best practices and adapting them for the organization.

Requirements:

• IT consulting experience or experience in IT organization-related projects.
• Computer science degree or equivalent technical knowledge.
• Data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale IT project PMO or program management.
• Experience planning and executing tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate requirements and derive solutions with various stakeholders.
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
