Job Description

YouGov is seeking a motivated and communicative individual for a part-time Telephone Interviewer position in Lucerne. The role involves conducting telephone interviews on socially relevant topics, contributing to valuable insights for clients in the private and public sectors. The interviewer will work in the telephone lab in Lucerne, with a possibility of transitioning to a home office setup after a successful probationary period.

Role Involves:

• Conducting social science interviews in the telephone lab in Lucerne (no sales involved).
• Accurately recording and entering responses into the system.
• Answering hotline calls and professionally handling inquiries.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of collected data.
• Communicating with the Swiss population in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Accent-free Swiss German.
• Availability for at least two evenings per week (5:30 PM – 9:00 PM), as well as one Friday evening and one Saturday morning or afternoon per month.
• Confident and self-assured demeanor on the phone.
• Quick comprehension, fast learning, and reliable task execution.
• Engaged and precise work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• Good computer skills.
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Enjoyment of telephone communication.
• Experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage.
