Job Description
YouGov is seeking a Graduate Data Processing Executive for their Bucharest, Romania office. This is a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role starting in August 2025. The role supports research teams in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and APAC, helping them deliver quality consultancy. The Graduate Data Processing Executive will be part of the Data Processing team, focused on producing accurate results and supporting the company in delivering innovative solutions. The graduate program includes data processing training and on-the-job coaching, with the potential for a permanent position at the end of the program.Role involves:
  • Preparing and processing survey data using Scrunch or Quantipy.
  • Liaising with researchers to determine and deliver appropriate outputs.
  • Cleansing and validating data in SPSS and Quantipy.
  • Running bespoke project analyses.
  • Managing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate work logs.
  • Producing high-quality work and developing good client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with a statistical language (e.g., SPSS, Python, R).
  • Degree in an IT-based subject or equivalent computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
  • Innovative and open to new technologies.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure.
